Candidates: TVXQ fans who have joined on both Lysn App and YES24
Time of recruitment: At all times / Will begin on Jan 21 7:00PM
Promotion date: One year since the day of joining
Fee: $35 when you first join (one year & includes Welcome Kit) + additional $15 to renew for one more year
Benefits on joining Cassiopeia
1) You'll be given Cassiopeia Membership card
2) You'll be given Cassiopeia Welcome Kit
3) You can use Cassiopeia's community board on Lysn (provided with photos, videos, and etc.)
4) Chatting events with TVXQ members
5) Pre-ordering TVXQ's Korean concerts
6) Pre-ordering paid fanmeets, birthday parties, and other events
7) You'll be given a chance to participate in Cassiopeia events at concerts & fanmeets
8) You'll be given a chance to participate in TVXQ's broadcast promotions
9) You'll be given a chance to join 'Cassiopeia' tours at TVXQ's overseas concerts (the fan must pay the entire cost)

Instiz: New fanclub fee for SM artist
- If the recruitment is open all the time, it's meaningless. They never bothered to open the recruitment when the fans wanted it badly but when they do, they do it unnecessarily. They should stay in the middle... Why are they overdoing this ㅠㅠ
