2. [+785, -19] I think it's really true. The scariest person in the world is someone who only read one book. As you study deeper, you become more modest.

On the other hand, someone who shows off with a shallow level of knowledge has a way with words and can appeal to anybody easily. We despise con-artists and fake people and yet we're attracted to show-offs. This is why I keep my eye on naive-looking, shy people because others might find them stupid but there's a higher chance of their hidden values not discovered yet.

5. [+84, -5] If you know more, you can't talk recklessly and it makes you be careful. The more you learn, the more modest you become. Loud and confident people are con-artists or ignorant. But the majority of people tend to follow loud people, which shows that most people are just fools. This is a fact. People who talk a lot, doesn't say irresponsible things, and says logical things that they precisely know could be knowledgeable people. But the most important thing is that their words and actions are completely different. One thing to keep in mind is that there's a big difference between a theory and the reality, just like communism.

Vague knowledge is better than no knowledge and the effort to acquire the vague knowledge is good enough because the world is full of people who don't even try and only live with their stubbornness. But it becomes a serious problem when you become stubborn and refuse to admit when you're wrong. These days, a lot of people think being correct is showing-off. It's easy to be called a "smart ass".
