IU tertarik belajar gitar karena Juniel

Juniel membagi pengalamannya ketika dia masih trainee. Saat interview dengan sport korea 11 juni kemare, sia berkata " Kita sangat senang bertemu IU ketika trainee. Kita sebaya dan punya banyak kesamaan, itulah mengapa kita sangat akrab."

Ketika ditanya apakah dia yang mengajari IU memainkan gitar, dia membantahnya. Memang benar dia yang memperkenalkan gitar ke IU tapi dia tidak pernah benar-benar mengajarinya. Karena sering melihat juniel bermain gitar akhirnya IU tertarik dan membicarakannya dengan agencynya untuk memncari guru yang dapat mengajarinya gitar.
