When Jannabi was unknown, a member Kim Dohyung met Onew for the first time. He suggested Onew to play finger flicking together. Onew kept winning and it pissed off Kim Dohyung. Being drunk, Kim Dohyung started talking about music and acted rude. He asked sarcastically, "How long do you think you're going to last?" and told Onew to remember his band's name. Despite the rude actions, Onew kept encouraging him that his band will do well.
After Jannabi talked about this incident on the broadcast, they were criticized. So they wrote an apology but the apology was written by someone like a manager, not the members. The apology also had no sincerity and sounded sarcastic.
