Questionable award results at Seoul Music Awards?

1) Performance Award - Twice
(There were other strong nominees such as EXO, Infinite, BTS, and GFriend)

2) Hallyu Star Award - Astro
(The leading nominees were GOT7, BTS, and EXO)

Pann: Two awards that didn't make sense at Seoul Music Awards

1. [+402, -12] Hallyu star award was so weird ㅋㅋ Poor EXO fans. Chinese EXO fans spent $80,000 for the voting but the results were reversed in one minute ㅋㅋ EXO fans got pissed and boycotted the voting. On the last day, they held back their tears, worked together, and brought back #1 but the results again got reversed in one minute ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

2. [+342, -3] Astro's hallyu star award was seriously nonsense. I'm not bashing Astro. I'd understand if they won something like This Year's Discovery Award.

3. [+217, -52] Twice won that award because they didn't win any other awards despite their good results.

4. [+142, -213] No, the daesang made the least sense. Was there any other song that was as popular as Cheer Up or TT? It was definitely Twice's and now you're saying they didn't deserve the performance award? You fucking shameless Sone ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

6. [+79, -57] Only Twice fans are claiming that Twice deserved the performance award ㅋㅋㅋ

7. [+74, -1] Bonsang was also problematic. It's not like Infinite, SHINee, and BTOB had low votes but they didn't win anything just because they didn't attend the award show. The lineup was already posted so the fans got fooled. Bring back my money and my effort. They think it's enough as long as they earn the sponsor fees. #SMA_cancelled

8. [+71, -62] Cheer Up and TT dances were a trend this year though.
