It seems like PSY's 'Gangnam Style' MV has reached the limit of Youtube's view counter, forcing the site to upgrade its view counter to 64-bit from 32-bit.
According to Youtube on December 1,
"We never thought a video would be watched in numbers greater than a 32-bit integer (=2,147,483,647 views), but that was before we met PSY. "Gangnam Style" has been viewed so many times we had to upgrade to a 64-bit integer (9,223,372,036,854,775,808)!

Furthermore,
"YouTube engineers anticipated the problem and upgraded to a 64-bit integer. That means that "Gangnam Style" or future mega-hit videos can now go beyond nine sextillion (9,223,372,036,854,775,808) views a feat that, at least according to conventional wisdom, would be impossible to break."
